UX, Mobile Design and Common Mistakes
User experience, mobile design and common mistakes when you develop a mobile strategy
Where to start
I did project management for several e-commerce projects, and I have managed a team of 4 developers during the development of my marketplace, it is challenging but gives you a lot of insights about user behaviors especially if you are working on desktop and mobile.
In my experience there are some mistakes that you made if you are not experienced in product management, I can tell you that you need to get involved every person in your company during the product development because every feedback is precious for the success of your business.
Management doing right
Chief Product Officer is the replacement of Chief Technology Officer in big companies, this shift has gained more and more approval from corporates because you can manage the product directly with other departments such as marketing and sales.
For a beginner or a small company, things get more complicated, especially if you don't have the experience to manage the development of a product such as an e-commerce platform is and then you realize that you enter in the need of external resources.
Your goal is to focus your energy on developing the stuff that you want to sell but at the same time you should be connected to your software and this requires some information that you can gain by entering to this course.
Why most mobile apps fail
There is a light line between failing and be successfull in the mobile app, but it is all about the value and concept of your app and the way you manage your suppliers, just buy the course and then you realize that.
